Discovery Call
We begin with a consultation to understand your needs and goals.
Step 2
Conduct Conflict Check & Customized Proposal
A preliminary conflict check is conducted, and availability is confirmed. If no conflicts exist and the project aligns with permitted paralegal services, we proceed to onboarding and present a tailored proposal with a range of service options and pricing.
Step 3
Intake & Attorney Acknowledgment
Before work begins, the supervising attorney completes an intake form and acknowledges:
- Attorney supervision of all work
- Responsibility for legal advice, filings, and strategy
- Compliance with Illinois law and ethical rules
This step ensures clarity and proper supervision from the outset.
Step 4
Scope of Work & Fee Agreement
The scope of services, deliverables, deadlines, and fee structure (hourly, flat-fee, or project-based) are agreed upon in writing before work begins.
Step 5
Document Access & Instructions
The supervising attorney provides necessary documents, background information, and specific instructions. All work is performed under attorney direction and subject to attorney review.
Step 6
Work in Progress & Communication
Work is completed efficiently and professionally, with updates provided as requested. Communication occurs via secure email or approved platforms. We provide ongoing high-quality assistance, adapting to your evolving needs and ensuring your success. Completed work is delivered to the supervising attorney for review. Revisions are made as requested to ensure accuracy and alignment with attorney direction.
Step 7
Delivery & Finalization
Final work product is delivered according to agreed timelines. The supervising attorney is responsible for final approval, filing, and use of the materials.
